His Amagansett Lanes projects set the bar for quality design and record-breaking sales price. The firm continues to focus on environmentally aware custom design and on developing spectacular luxury projects in the Hamptons.
In 2010, Robert Schwagerl LLC built the first LEED for Homes certified residence in Amagansett. In 2012, he redesigned his own home in Amagansett according to LEED principles. Robert has continued to design and build LEED certified projects, including one of the first LEED for Homes certified homes in Water Mill, NY. Combining the green building principles with his passion for producing quality design and construction has proven the perfect match.
